Since our inception in 1983 with 2 lathe machines under the name "Mercanlar Torna," our company underwent a significant transformation in 2005. This period was marked by a change in our commercial name and the formalization of our corporate identity. Subsequently known as "Mercanlar Otomat Metal Otomotiv Sanayi Ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.," the organization continues its international production activities utilizing its technical staff, employees, and robust technological infrastructure.
Our production facility spans a total of 2000 square meters. Specializing particularly in manufacturing for the automotive, furniture, and white goods industries, Mercanlar Otomat successfully meets the machining and cold metal forming needs of other sectors utilizing products of the metal industry.
With a comprehensive machinery fleet including automatic lathes, CNC machining centers, CNC sliding automatic lathe machines, honing machines, milling machines, turret lathes, industrial drills, and quality control devices, we effectively carry out various machining processes.
Operating in a 24-hour uninterrupted shift pattern, we meticulously execute CNC turning, vehicle seat connection equipment, pins, bushings, nuts, and custom manufacturing processes, especially for various sectors such as automotive, spare parts, white goods, and furniture.
